Good quality, minor shipping issue

I ordered the Lavender Essential Oil and a Fractionated Coconut Oil from Jade Bloom. The oils themselves seem to be of excellent quality, and I appreciated the clear descriptions on their site. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived intact. My only minor gripe was that the shipping took a little longer than I expected, about 6 days to get to me in Florida. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but it would be good if they could speed up dispatch a bit. Overall, a good experience for natural products.

This was my third order from Jade Bloom, and they're consistently good. I picked up some more Eucalyptus Essential Oil and a new Essential Oil Diffuser this time. Happy with my new shampoo bar

Yeah, I returned a bottle of lavender cause I accidentally ordered two. Just make sure you get it back to them within the 30 days and it's unopened. They're pretty good about it.
